Youthful Night And Death Poem by Indika Thushara Gamage

Youthful Night And Death

Rating: 5.0

Butterflies sleep with fireflies head down on the mountain in the darkness
Moonlight falls to the ground in search of water in the waterless pond
Who did the abortion medicine the pregnant great forest?

Hundreds of thousands of corpses praying for life
Loneliness bastes a hem to the darkness
Youthful lament laid on the edge of the Mahaweli River
clash the sand and the blood flows from love

Close all windows of all flowers
The plains are on fire and crying
Mother's love is also buried in the money wallet
The fire, eon old burns the whole world

alive shadows walking in the sin
Trembling past adolescence smile
The treasured grace is frozen
The smell of blood lurks in search of birds

Greedy lizards wearing jewels
pushed the universe of merit towards the hook
letters from books are thrown and fall to the ground
All the blooming flowers burn

Sobbing break down in the lodge on the couch
A lot of fires are burning on both sides of the river floating upstream
Still, smell your smell
Suffering in life is louder than the black stone

The youth who saw the four omens
The corpse hides in the ashes
to suffocate puberty
and to betray menstrual cramps
the devil got a mandate from the dead on this night.
