Don't cry my love if I die;
My lovely friend, my heart, I
Fear to tell you....Can't find you
Missing me to play, to tell you ghostly tales

Silence reigned the entire village;
Only the sounds of boots, shrill cry of a child shuddered in its mother's lap.
Old men and women, mother and children found shrunk out of fear.
Hush! dont speak, dont ask anybody what has happened.

Ladden with big bag and baggage,
They stumbles to go ahead...
But they go and go, as if
They are born to bear this.
...

Thou art vast sea of blue,
So calm and indifferent-
Lovely yet ghastly too.
I wonder to look at you!
