Rising Morning Star Biography
Hello I'm Rising Morning Star, I'm from Reno Nevada. I've been writing for more than 10 years now, I like to think of my writing style as very unique and different. I'm aware of the fact that some people may view my writing style as 'Improper' this kind of thing drives them crazy and because of that fact they think that it must have been done in error. Actually it's not, it's something I mean to do and love doing honestly, because I feel that sometimes it's important to break the generic mind set of what is or has to be. I have created this profile not so much for critiquing but rather for people to enjoy, learn and to make people think outside of the normal wave of things. I also feel that what makes a good poet is not how perfect their grammar is, or how pretty they can make the wording, or how politically correct their writing is. I feel that what makes a great poet goes deeper than that, if they can make you feel, think, dream, visualize what they are talking about, or it teaches you something that is a great poet. Weather the topic is about being angry, in love, depressed, scared... You have to make people feel that, because think about it honestly, any person can write a few pretty words, but if you can't feel it you can't connect or relate to it. It takes a great poet to take you somewhere and make you feel. Think about and consider that the next time you're rating a poem.

No reflection in the mirror just another empty place, No reflection in the mirror, the image is missing... gone without a trace. Hidden is their name, their eyes they can not see, hidden is the map of what they were meant to be.

Bravery and strength, the determination to press
on, scars from all the battles, that have came and gone.
Faithful and unbreakable to all, this undefeated warrior

If your kiss is but rain, then let it pour down on me, from the storm clouds of your love for always and eternity. If your gaze is but moon beams let them shine on my forever, for there's a longing in my soul for us to be together.

A truly beautiful creation, an electrifying sensation, that no words can truly match. Beauty is your voice, as the vibrations roll up from your throat and flow softly from your lips, and oh how lovely that sound... so simple yet so profound.
