sabrina kiloloma Poems

my love for you can’t be measured in a chart,
but can be seen in the depths of my heart.
it will never let go even when death do us part,
for I will keep on rolling like the wheel in a cart.
...

Is it possible to be alive yet dead?
The weight of the world on your head,
Everything has turned to black and white,
And all that’s left is the flying kite.
...

He stands there, waiting for it to come
To take him, to end what he begun
He sees the light
But it’s just another car in the night.
...

The world is a cruel place
Nowhere is safe from the destruction
Everyone is on a wild goose chase
But our minds can’t function
...

Staring down at the chain
My broken heart is filled with pain
This is all I have
This is all when the light went dim
...

This is for all the tears I’ve cried,
For all the times my heart just died.
This is for all the pain I’ve had,
For all the times my day went bad.

My Love For You

my love for you can’t be measured in a chart,
but can be seen in the depths of my heart.
it will never let go even when death do us part,
for I will keep on rolling like the wheel in a cart.

the image of you has possessed my mind,
your voice keeps replaying and going on rewind
i have looked for a cure but it’s hard to find
you’ve cast a spell on me then left me to trail behind.

you have made me your slave and forgotten my name
you have cursed my life and filled it with shame
what used to be love is now a sorrowful game
to you it’s all about the pleasure of fame.

i should have known your heart is made of stone,
it’s too late, am fragile and you’re gone.
nowhere to be seen you left me on my knees
pleading and begging you to set me free.
