Sharon Andrews Poems

Don't Forsake
Give me a break
I have tears that would fill a lake
Of stories of spite that would break the strongest
...

What am i supposed to think?
When you turned your back on me
like a skunk with a stink
You crushed all my hopes, my dreams,
...

What you gonna do about it eh!

Winds blowing
Life is slowing
...

The trouble with my wife
She liked to use a knife
Carrots
Tatas
...

Take another sip
Mind you don't trip
Mines another, another, another,
Can't recognise my mother
...

Where were you
I dreamt of a life
To share my thoughts
Where dreams come through
...

Ive got a secret
It burns in my brain
Like a fire in a drain
...

Come on spit it out
What's on your mind
Im not stupid its behind your eyes
You've let it come between us
...

9.

Slow your mind
It needs a break
Everbody is on the take
...

The Best Poem Of Sharon Andrews

Don'T Forsake

Don't Forsake
Give me a break
I have tears that would fill a lake
Of stories of spite that would break the strongest
That make false promises
Will take you to dark places
Seas of distraught faces
That you owe explanations
In Quotations
Maybe it helps
Makes my heart yelp
with constant stretching ache
and time is all thats left
of what has been
and yet to come
filled with reconpence
and warm happy sorrow
that will help heal tomorrow
I've got the love you can borrow
until you feel complete
Don't Forsake
sometimes its worth a second break!
