Once I had an imaginary friend
Whose voice was as sweet as bells that chime
Whose songs made even odd words rhyme
Made me lose the account of time

Let me wake up from this dream, or is it nightmare
I swam through your feelings upstream, did you even care
Your mood swing made me reach heights and then the string was cut,
I had enjoyed even the silly fights before ur feelings got shut.

Crystal clear water on a full moon night,
Reminded her face with a smile so bright,
Strands of silk tucked down into curls,
Her hair so pretty, too good to be a girl's
...

Far away hidden behind a cloud,
There is a star shining bright..
Treated as just one in a crowd,
Lost as a flying broken kite.
...

I hate him,
Too arrogant to show he cares,
The way his smile fades, when I approach him,
Too busy to wipe my tears,
...

Mom, should we not send him a blanket,
What if it is cold out there?
His box of toys, have you seen it?
If lost, he can't bare.
