As I stand before you
with the reality of the shame of my sins in my arms.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
...

I’m lonely
but I won’t ask for you to speak
I won’t beg for your company
I won’t be a bother

No Happy Ending

I'm trying
to be perfect.
I'm trying
To be good
...

Every bruise you gave me
Has become
a battleshield
...

On a night with crisp air,
an amber glow of firelight
is rackeling and
before the wood turns to ash,
...

Just look at me now!

From wedding bells to eggshells
From soft words and smiles
...

1: 40 AM
It's going on 2 am
Can't sleep
Eyes
...

You were gone with out a warning
on that Sept. day.
I talked to you just minutes
before you went away.
...

I vow to you as we stand beside the ocean,
that my love is never ending,
like the waves that rush to shore.
That I will nourish you until the end of time,
...

11.

I'm all alone
In the dark
You cant see me
Falling apart

Do Not Judge Me (First Poem Submitted)

As I stand before you
with the reality of the shame of my sins in my arms.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
You do not know the pains I have suffered,
As you look at me like I am a demon from the pits of Hell.
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
Picture youself alone as I, needing the comfort and touch of another.
Would you not do the same?
Do not judge me.
You do not know me.
And my child has already been marked like a person with the plague.
Not given a chance,
Do not judge him,
You do not know him.
We all have sinned and it is not our job to judge,
So do not judge me.
You do not know me.

(I wrote this after watching Scarlett Letter)
