They tell you to dream big, but never warn you,
That tower of your dreams may wreck
I am the one, unfortunate stargazer,
Who's lying under ruins on my back.
A heavy concrete slabs of vain ambitions
Have piled over me, like dominoes
And viscid fluids of ennui and weakness
Are flowing from my head down to my toes
My lungs are stuffed with dust of useless talents
I never learned to wear as a crown.
A nightingale is quieter than the crows
And nowadays the crowing is renown
Sharp fragments of my love, doomed at the outset
Impaled eyes of soul, so I went ...
Armless and noseless gods
With black holes in their eyes...
Fossilized sit at the pedestal
They are watching times passing by,
Masquerade of seasons that's endless
Human birth and human decease
They remember how they were mighty
There were no cracks on their bodies
Now they're old and sick, now they're helpless
