I have been home schooled for about two years, i have one brother who is older than me, and two parents who love me very much. I have lots of pets and some very good friends. I love writing, especially poetry. I tend to write sad poetry for that is when i feel most like writing. For me, poetry is like a page of a diary for people to see. As I Lay, Dieing...

Big sister waiting in the only chair, crying.
At me she keeps on eyeing.
Dad is still in the corner, sighing.
I have no strength left for shying.

Mom's no longer defying.
Please, everyone, stop trying.
The nurses are done supplying.
Everyone has stopped their lying.
My friends are away, vying.

Still, on my deathbed, I'm lying.
Everyone has stopped denying,
That we're all waiting on me dieing.
My little brother by the door, spying.
The doctors still in the hall, implying.
And still I lay on my deathbed, dieing.
