Books line the shelves of the old library where we used to play,
We'd steal ourselves away after school each day.
We'd look up at those gargantuan cases
And see the books looming with pictures of far away places.

For you I tried my best to be
The Very best that I could be.
But you turned out to be a fool
A fool that abided by no rule.

Let's carry on with our merry dance,
Ler's not act on the urge to get in each others pants.
Let's keep on with this game of innuendo,
