The last I saw her
Her hair flickered like the broad leaves of a summer tree,
I walked up to her,
Told her how I loved how she made her hair look...

Last I saw her...
Her cheeks flushed sunset pink like the evening African skyline
I walked up to her,
Told her how delightful they made me feel...

Last I saw her...
The way she stood made me laugh hard,
I walked up to her,
Told her how ridiculously she stood...I lied

Last I.... (Sobs) ...last I saw her...
Her eyes glowed like the bright April moon,
I stood at a distance,
Wondering how...
