A -21st -Century Poet

A -21st -Century Poet:
A -21st -Century Poet:
A poet is
a person who liberates 'I' on race, religion, place, time, personal voices
out of greed, anger and ignorance.

A poet is
a person who liberates
obsessive criterion of institutional power and money.

A poet is
a person who respects a variety of cultures,
who creates educational awareness.

A poet is
a person who surely knows himself
of being humanistic to others and himself and knowing
that of liberation from the obsessive humanity

A poet is
a p[erson who makes and builds
a bridge between universalism and worldisms
and walks over the bridge
but
he is already liberated from the concept of
obsessive reality of a bridge.

A good poem conveying the essence of poetry, also outlining the duties of a poet. A nice piece written with insight. Thanks for sharing. Please read and rate my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON. (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet Robert William Service

Just Home and Love! the words are small
Four little letters unto each;
And yet you will not find in all
The wide and gracious range of speech
Two more so tenderly complete:
