A Light Sin In The Castle - Poem by Framarz Bagheri

Let the day seize you

Like the sadness combs your hair

Listening to Chopin

Once you are ditched

For another guy

I had the taste of your mouth

In my breakfast

Like a dead man forgotten

In a wrecked oil ship

Under the Persian Gulf!

A flaccid beam of light

Sneaks into my skin

Like silage floating in a brook

I see cold wind touching

Whiskers of the morning

A light sin in the castle

Of my dreams!
