A Seamless Life Line
A never ending story
of events
That fall into line
like soldiers on parade
From one event to the next
It's like it was a plan
just to get you to now
From the obscure
to the sublime
everything in life
falls into one
seamless life line

Great poem with great moral lesson about life
words fall into line as you write from your soul..blessings
Thought-provoking poem.
Path of life, a line that never ends, events that succeed following a pattern, penned so lovely by you..Cristina Teodor
Another very good one Dave; great pondering upon life's tracks...and destination. Well done.
Sometimes i wonder if you are a patriot, coz when you write, make all heart out...
I agree many of them finished the life lines with a dot. end of a story end of a life line...but it never stop to have another dot like this................... how many dots will they have for their life? when love is not linked to our hearts and war/hate is connected to our souls it seems like a life line will contiguously to be done...what a sad one_Unwritten SOul
very true...life is events one following another
How did we get to 'now'. Sometimes it feels impossible that life has passed us by so effortlessly. Well written and illuminating. Thank you for your kind comment on one of my poems.
