According To You

According to you
I'm beautiful
But sometimes I don't see me that way
Sometimes I feel stupid and worthless
But you make me feel brilliant
And worth more than anything
I look in the mirror
And all I see is what's wrong with me
But you say there's nothing wrong
If only you could see what I see
And all I see are my faults
And you say I've been forgiven
I ask
Don't your remember my mistakes
And you tell me they're in the past
You tell me to stop thinking negative
And see myself the way you do
Which is beautiful and bright
Sweet and sensitive
And so much more
You are you
And don't forget it
