Animals Be Saved

Driving on the road
I noticed several
Animals dead
Bodies blooded
Mutilated, flattened
Car after car
Driving over 'em
A tragedy of this
Modern world.

A squirrel, a skunk
Or a little pet
Has no chance
Of survival attempting
To cross the road
To reach for food
On the other side
There're no animal
Friendly road crossings.

Bigger animals
Deer for example
Kill themselves
Causing fatal accidents.

Maybe there's a way
To save lives
Of innocent beings
By catching 'em
And relocating
Placing more warning
Signs on the road
Or preventing 'em
From crossing
Also need to consider
Other solutions.

It's our duty
To keep animals
And also people
Safe in the world.
