Blinded by the Light (Acrostic) |
|

Some see well when the lights are bright and turned on, Even to the degree of missing the point of things. Everyone perceives visions differently so it would seem.
My sensitivity is best served when my eyes are closed Yet my mind stays focused upon the sweet fragrance of you.
Pleasurable to look upon your beautiful frame is second Only to touching the sensitivity and warmth you hold within. I invade the boundaries that restrict all other glances, Noticing that my gaze is centered upon your lingering perfume. Truth of ones vision is best interpreted when all is dark and eyes are open.

Lovely, so romantic.... All senses in motion here.... Have been stopped in airports by total strangers who recognize the scent and say...ahhhh Bvlgari 'Petits et Mamons.' anyhow, a most amazing, fantastic, wonderful poem...Meg |
