Blood red canvas on the floor

This room smells like amonia,
Aspestice and decay to top it all off,
Like the dying hopes of a loved one,
This is where we both fall out,
Blood red canvas on the floor,
Bloody hand prints on my pants,
Bloody letters on my door,
This is a bloody mess, bloody mess,
Wishing and hoping that I could be patient,
Hoping that some one would find me here,
Cloaked and letting darkness be my new agent,
And yet still the screaming is all I can hear,
Floor caked in skin,
Pants caked in blood,
A soul caked in sin,
A new death to confess,
My hands covered in innocence,
My life still full of adolesence,
I guess it's time to say 'I've done all I can, '
I've tried to get them breathing, But I've done all I can,
Another body lying cold on the table,
Another family with sad hearts a flutter,
Another day in the life of a doctor,
I suppose.
