Caution Wet Paint: - Poem by Gengis Capote

Let this canvas stretch to its limits
and spread apart with passion
I will fill every crevasses with color
thus caution wet paint signs out
and slip and slide fair warning is given
artist in motion working creativity
challenging the coming attraction
and hoping for nothing less than perfection
so to the winds of desire
with mind and dirty painted fingers
I leap into the eternal wavelength of your hour glass figure
and hope to wake tomorrow next to our picture
holding tight for dear life
you and I
anywhere will be fine
location isn't key
