Dotage, pervades upon th' ashen grey -
silent whisps...of an old rankled Brain.
Hemispheric's universe sore estranged,
obstruction, occlusion, neurologic stain
like leaves besmirched by driving rain,
waning, draining, consumed by bereft;
so cold, so cruel... in their final breaths-
until mercy comes in th' form of Death.
