I'm sorry I wasn't there for you
When you needed me most.
I am no better than them
For I abandoned you too.
Whenever dad announced the news
I shouldof ran over and gave you a big hug
And told you all was going to be ok
But instead I went back upstairs and cried
And when you came and said sorry
I looked away and didn't care
Because my hero had failed.
I shouldof told off all the people that gave you nasty looks
I shouldof stood up for you when people were talking smack
But instead I gave nasty looks and said stuff I shouldn't of.
I was ashamed to call you my sister
Because you got pregnant.
You should be ashamed to call me your sister
Because I wasn't there for you in your time of need.
I was wrong to be like them.
I shouldof been a sister
And stood by your side
Giving everyone the bird who talked crap about you.
I'm very proud of you
For not giving up when things got bad.
I'm glad you stuck it through.

I know I wasn't a sister before
And for that I'm sorry.
This is deicated to my sister who got pregnant at age 16 3yrs. ago. i should of been there for her, but I was to self-centered. I'm ashamed of it now and I hope to make it up to her.
