Direct When One Speaks

When one has been delivered,
To an unmistaken clarity.
It becomes difficult to listen,
To a butchered truth done.
Or be around anyone,
Uncomfortable with self.
And masking insecurities with pretense,
Believed no one either feels or sees.

However...
When one has been delivered,
To an unmistaken clarity.
It is difficult to keep from being,
Direct when one speaks.
As others defy any attempts to listen at all.
And...
No matter what is spoken with focus...
A flapping tongue done just likes the sensation of it.
