Fearful Tears
You wipe away my tears
and you comfort me.
You chase away my fears.
Much pain my heart bears
and you take it from me.
You wipe away my tears.
As your presence nears,
peace settles over me.
You chase away my fears.
I hope your heart hears
as I confess the love in me.
You wipe away my tears.
From your eyes, sadness clears
and joy settles in them and me.
You chase away my fears.
I can't believe my ears
when you say you love me.
You wipe away my tears.
You chase away my fears.
