What did I do
that I had to
choose between two loves?
Why did I choose
knowing I'd lose
affections thereof?
Who had made you
feel all was through
with my choice hereof?
When did you know
that you would go
if I chose above?
Where would one be
without Life's Tree
and His Holy Dove?
