Frozen In The Past Poem by Dexsta Ray

Heart beat blue blood through frosted veins
Revitalize the exhausted flame
Because I'm lost again
Traumatic visions represented themselves
To supplicate an angel
Lord please send me some help
The final step is the struggle to forgive
Corroborative feelings of being abandoned faintly hid
And this was as a kid but now I'm educated and grown
Product of a single mother raising me on her own
Cold tears left frozen in the past
I tell her to stop cause' there's no reason to be sad
Inordinately mad
If I did have my father in life
I wouldn't fully understand a tribulation and fight
