Ghazal. (Urdu)

Na dayarah ho koi, koi bhi lakeer na ho
Jiyo to aisay jiyo, zindgi haqeer na ho

Bura karoon to padosi mujhay pukaaray bura
Bhala karoon to akhbaar me tash'heer na ho

Mery ash'aar hon pyaambr sachayi kay
Meri zabaan kisi khof ki aseer na ho

Ho dost mera, jo is trah milay aadam!
Labon sy phool jharen jb, nigaah teer na ho

    Your style of expression has a certain slant in it, may be the times wrapped up in ironical fabrics are having their share in it! ...it's a strong voice speaking! (Report) Reply

The month of carnival of all the year,
When Nature lets the wild earth go its way,
And spend whole seasons on a single day.
The spring-time holds her white and purple dear;
