Golden Dream - Poem by Tom Squires

He rose on,

Golden horse whipped.

Fingers of the dawn,

Across long.

Twisted fields,

Green with ageless.

Dreams still.

Coming true,

Rising out,

Of the blue.

Longer than,

He ever thought.

It would last.
