Gorge
like a fallen bird
or broken radio
my brain understands
the understanding
but I also wish to say
that friendship is rare
and upheld
by knowing and caring
and he does not care
for where your heart lies
for what makes you stronger
and bolder and you
he does not care
but for his own childish insecurity
to tame such a lion
as you
and as you say your last prayer
and fight for
your fighting
i will not listen
nor answer
nor understand
only in the way you want
i understand
but care not
for the care of this bond
i tended like flock
of sheep and love
and maybe my cards were wrong
and maybe this song was rotten
and maybe his cage is better
and maybe
just maybe
my heart will break
and my structure quake
and my mind will lose
so keep walking
my friend
of mine
and don't look back
for your home and known
have vanished you
because i understand
that i won't understand
you
