Jawad Al Harake (30/3/1998 / Lebanon)
I Love Thee Blindly
I'll give thee my heart; I'll give thee my eyes
I'll give thee the best of love
But don't give me 'goodbyes'
And that would be enough
My dear, let thy body and mine be one
And share together what life gave
From tragedy and grief to pleasure and fun
And end our lives in the same grave
But, before going to the underworld
Let me the secrets with you share
'I love thee blindly, ' is the word
I wanted keenly to say but didn't dare
Never did I sleep since the day
I saw thy gorgeous face
I didn't know what to do or say
I was just overwhelmed by love, the everlasting trace
Honey, a world of beauty I do see in thy eyes
And in that world I see thee
And from my deep arise millions of cries
Asking thee to be always with me
Oh, and I do always hear
From thee words of bliss and love
Which you do whisper in my ear
And which makes my spirit soar high above
Sweetheart, let thy feelings and mine unite
And sense love in all of its meanings
And open a whole new world of light
A world with no floors or ceilings
My love, to that world follow me
And let us hand by hand fly
With white wings of glee
That take us high, high into the sky
