Gregory Allen Uhan

(December 24,1987 / Warren, Michigan)

King Louis CK Laughter's Royalty

King Louie churns life's
vinegar into laughter's
sweet savory nectar

gut busting chuckles
delivering humor in
real life struggles

deconstructing sitcom
laugh-track traditions
boldly tackling taboo tv topics

not in it for the fortune or fame
just looking to help the world
cope with the everyday pain

loving father fearless pioneer
cool in his natural nonchalance
Talia's musing breeze

tough as nails poking fun
at human behavior absurdities

Royal king of modern comedy
secure in his own vulnerability bravely
breaking down conventional boundaries

I will not madly deem that power
Of Earth may shrive me of the sin
