Salt of earth, strength of body;
Water of fresh, purifies the body;
Fruit of tree, origin of food;
Herb of field, product of sweat;
Less meat, reduces killing;
Work under the Sun, rest at night.
Forgiveness, heals our heart;
Respectfulness, gives a good start;
Love, conquers our enemy;
Humbleness, avoids our downfall;
Faith, builds our courage;
Hope, shines our light;
Truthfulness, communicates our soul.
