Treasure Island

Lost in love
Lost everything for love
Lost the winter
Lost the summer
Lost the autumn
In the heavy fall of love
Lost everything
Lost the friends
Lost the roguish youth
Lost the youthfulness
Centered to love
Centered by love
And that love gone in the middle
Middle of the road
Alone in the city street
Wandering without aims
Lost the aim
The only aim was love
Lost the naughty laughter
Lost the rocking joints
Lost the picnics
But, was proud to be lover
When the love was lost
It was too late to understand
Left on the mid of the road
No guide, no friends
Too late to realize
Friendship is a blessing
Only it’s true
Friendship is a blessing
Always on the right and left
(Not only on left)
Always on the front and back
(Not only in the back)
A shoulder to whimper
Heart to share
Be blessed by friends
Friendship is the true love

Poem of the Day

poet William Wordsworth

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
Of friends, who live within an easy walk,
Or neighbours, daily, weekly, in my sight:
