In looking back on the express creation of this piece back in the Summer of 2006, which was in fact supposed to be a bit of of a jocund venture for my (then) 12 year old daughter, who adored rhyme, knew i did not, and bet me that i could not pen-up a 15-20 line rhyming love poem in under 10 minutes....i would have never thought that almost 4 years later, that this silly piece of work would garner so much positive attention....God help the future of literature! LOL!

May I add - 'it's the looks that give embrace'. I like the way you used repetition in th elast two lines, as it stressed the real essence of love. Beautiful.

OUTSTANDING poem
really you managed to send the reader a very close meaning for love of course no one really knows how to give a definite meaning for love but you are so close to it
i really enjoyed reading the poem and find it really true
and you made a great ending saying 'It's the passion.......and nothing less '
thanks a lot for sharing

Simple to the core
Love life, adore
Those many ‘Its’
Shows the crux.
Dear Poet, Your every Line
Flows directly into my roots
I am hopeful of colorful bloom.
Good One.
