My Love Like The Sun

Very far in sight it might actually be,
But close in presence we fortunately feel it,
Like the sun so is my love, verily,
The waves do penetrate the solids,
Heating the cold hearted harshly,
Warming up the heart that says yes,
Melting down the cold mind that says no,
My love like the sun, so far yet here,
Pushing me away but feeling me closer,
My love like the sun, shiny but consistant,
It may by night, so vanish away,
The other day out of the horizon it rises,
The dawn of my love, the birth of a day,
My love like the sun, coming back soon,
Should I play you a flute as you fall asleep,
Or maybe a violin as you wake up,
The sun shinning through your window,
Warming up the ever cold nights,
Such is my love for you my dearest,
My love like the sun

The hills and mountains know it well,
My love like the sun, you cant stop it,
The shadows it forms, you cant stop it,
My love exceeds yours we know,
For you love is like the stars,
Always there by day and night,
Yet my sun overwhelms it always,
Pity is a man like me for sure,
For a woman like you trying to lure,
Let the love of me penetrate all ends,
For my love like the bright untouchable sun,
Days pass and go, yet it doesnt change,
The ages and legends that precede us,
The tales of love, lovers and the beloved,
The unpacked history man and nature,
Yet the sun never changes,
Such is my love; like the sun above,
The eastings of its coming,
The determinism of its accuracy of departure,
Yes, the ever perfect westings of its exit,
Such phenomena never did change,
Yes never will change,
My love like the sun, perfect and flawless,
Remove the umbrella, im not here to harm,
Let me in so shall I shine on you,
Such is my love like the sun

Like a poor man I beg for survival,
In the solitude of my own mental torture,
I pray my love shines on you,
Though you pray for the clouds all day,
My love like the sun, undoubted,
The pain you cause,
The tears you make me cry,
My love like the sun shall depart,
Some shall call it an eclipse,
Some just a moment of misfortune,
Openning the windows,
And there shall be nomore dawn,
The skies you shall look,
And there shall be nomore light,
Your skin shall dry up and freeze,
And there shall be nomore heat,
For the loved ones you have doomed,
For the loved ones you have chased away,
The choices you make,
The decisions you take,
My love like the sun, so shall depart,
So as you wished, the chosen one

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

It is the hour when from the boughs
The nightingale's high note is heard;
It is the hour -- when lover's vows
Seem sweet in every whisper'd word;
And gentle winds and waters near,
