What do you think this poem is about?

O' Thou Time, Conqueror of All

Indeed,
There will be a time
When losers may find themselves
Kings
With crowns upon their heads,
And guiltless rule as their
Passion
For even great mountains churn to the ceaseless
Chant
of the smallest
Waves
Defeated by time,
With stern prudence they
Break
