Old Man Wolf

  From a little village
Just west of the Pecos Mountains,
Comes the howling
Of Old Man Wolf

Who lives nearby,
Close to Crystal Fountain,
The spring which sweetly flows
From the western facing mountain.

He only cries
When the moon is full,
Floating high over the dessert,
And he is ever so lonely,

Wishing that Mrs. Wolf
Would soon return
To keep him warm
When moonlight surrounds him.
