Pleasure And Pane - Poem by Albot George

I hope that as you read through this you can feel
My heart beating and all of my love washing over you
Because, I am, looking at you

Have either of us ever ask the question on why this as happened
And why didn’t we stop it when we had the chance,
Did we want to? Could we have stopped?
Is it something, we could have ever being able to control
Do you think that we like the drama, and getting caught up in
The confusion and the uncertainty
About what is happening between us

Please remember that this is being written, with
The love that I have for you
I don’t know, how I am supposed to act as this has never happened
To me before, all I do know for sure is that when I breathe
It’s because of you

You are the joy that has ignited a spark
Within my heart

I do sometime think that if I could keep you at arm’s length
That would make it less of a problem between us
But that’s part of the problem as well, as soon as I see you
I have the overwhelming need to kiss you and hold you
And no matter what time of day it is the need I have doesn’t go away
And then you know the rest,

Why can’t I right what I want to say
I find it impossible not to be affected by you
I know that it is your choice to be with me
As mine with you
But I am thinking that when I am with you
I could be influencing you
And I don’t want it to be like that

Sorry off I go again
Friday as you walk up to see me you looked amazing
And I knew what you would and wouldn’t be wearing
Before you turned up

And I knew that I wasn’t going to be disappointed
It was like the first time with you
I can now see everything so clear

Right back I go then! !
If someone was to asked me if I would turn back the clock
And change anything the answer would still be know
I would have not have swooped the feeling I have gotten from you
For anything

I do actually know that this is true love
And it is what it is,

I want to be laid naked before you again
It doesn’t get any clearer than that

Never think about the past it can bring too many tears
Nor to think of the future it will only bring fears
So let’s try to live in the moment and not the future or the past
Let’s enjoy each other for we don’t know
How long are moments will last?
