Slaughter of the Innocent

The innocent were slaughtered
So many years ago
In the town of Bethlehem
Slew by an evil foe
Satan tried to keep The Christ
From entering this age
He used a king named Herod
Who acted on his rage

Satan has another plan
To prevent God's elect
From being born to this world
And fighting him direct
Now he uses abortion
To rid earth of God's dear
Problem is, he's far too late
They are already here

So if you think that murder
Of the unborn is just
Or vote for politicians
Who plant them in the dust
You do the same as satan
In forwarding his plan
False promises of power
Blood money in your hand

Only in the case of rape
Abortion is allowed
To remove unwanted seed
Forced on one by the proud
'Let's make laws to legalize
Bring silence to the wise
Use strong drugs to hypnotize
Whom God has given eyes'

Repent before it's too late
No longer are you snowed
For now your eyes are opened
Because you have been told
'But ah! My ballot's secret
No one will ever know'
Too bad, so sad, you may burn
God knows your very soul

Now repent and hang on
God is a Merciful God!

    Dear Summer,
If a woman decides she wishes to care for a baby or give it up for adoption after having been raped, that is far beyond what anyone would be expected to do (yes, the child does carry her genes too, that is why it should be her decision) . In scripture God says to put the rapist to death. You say that rape happened for a reason, yes it did, it happened because God gives people free will to choose between right and wrong, unfortunately the rapist chose the wrong. Why should we reward the rapist's action? According to scripture God places the individual's spirit in that baby upon conception. Millions of babies are being aborted every year just for the soul purpose of birth control (these babies are being seen only as an inconvenience) , God help us and forgive us for not protecting these innocent lives. Abortion is NEVER OKAY if you in fact did know God you would know this. It is not those babies fault that a creeper was lurking or that someone was hanging with the wrong crowd. These babies are Gods children, the purest form of innocents and they NEED and DESERVE to be protected, especially from people like you that glorify abortion as long as it is a Special circumstance. If one gets pregnant because she got raped it happened for a reason, it is her job to take care of and protect that baby from that moment on. If the baby is born and she still doesn't want him/her fine there are plenty of people that will care about that baby. Adoption is great, whatever the circumstance for wanting to give the child up. Abortion is for murderous, soulless, selfish people. It doesn't matter if you were raped, Abortion is NOT okay. You should be ashamed of yourself for even putting that in there. Despicable (Report) Reply

poet Dante Gabriel Rossetti

Know'st thou not at the fall of the leaf
How the heart feels a languid grief
Laid on it for a covering,
And how sleep seems a goodly thing
