The Marksman - Poem by Chisomo Chris Nasiyaya

They say that, that one
is a notorious marksman
he hits, he runs
in this land, no man's
his arrows invisible
his damage terrible
he has wounded so many deers
now I happen to witness
as he aims at a deer
and am left in dilemma.
Do I warn this deer?
No.
Yes I will,
he must shoot sharks
not dear deers

Wow not quite understanding what the metaphor is really about but i admire your word play creativity the rhyming and thread of continuity (Report) Reply
