Two Angels

Floating spirit, unwanted
Wandering, no purpose
Desolate, trapped in this grim world
Anguish, no hope, forgotten
Two angels find their way
A new world, so beautiful
You are my world, my reason
Plans to leave this world stopped during my ascension
Fell from the sky back to the world, in your arms
Together we remain forever, two angels find their way
Our connected spirits, you have my heart
I love you forever, my only reason for happiness
Forever, two angels find their way
Too amazing for words, so much to say but no way to say it
Never leave, never depart
Forever together, two angels find their way

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
