The Silent Sword (April 2,1997)
Unceasing Curse
'You view everything as though
It's a battle. Why? '
I look away, reminiscing.
I look back at my past.
I see the struggle of growing.
I see myself all alone,
Fending for myself.
I see myself morph.
I enter the mental
Plane of confusion,
Doubt, and weakness.
I see myself lost in a
Consuming darkness.
I was frustrated and confused.
I felt scattered and diffused.
I was frightened and impaired,
I felt restrained and ensnared.
I look again and I see
My slain enemies.
I look to the inquirer,
Eyes full of dark sadness.
'Isn't it obvious? '
