Treasure Island

Muzaffer Akin

Visitor of Merlin (Turkish)

kör kuyuna kova salan kim
dedi.merlin
kim geceni sabaha dolduran
sonda bağlayıp ar damarına
gözyaşına gebe bırakan

şair mi
imgeyi kalemle haşlayan
panjuru soyup anadan üryan
bir an da
rengi
flamingodan palete alan

kıtlığın adı
marie antoinette
-miş gibi
dizelerinde pembemsi

kim dedi
söyle kim çocuk

robin mi
malı mülkü bırakıp
gönlüne çalım atan
yayı tornaya verip ağustosta
sherwood ta harem kuran
yol geçmeyecek
-miş gibi
tam ortasında temmuzun

bağlanmayacak
-mış gibi
poseidon’a otoban
Selahaddin Eyyubi’ye
yazılırken aslan yürekli

kus
artık içinde dünden ekşiyeni
ya da git
bir daha gelmemek üzere
topla ezdiğin çilekleri...

poet Helen Hunt Jackson

The month of carnival of all the year,
When Nature lets the wild earth go its way,
And spend whole seasons on a single day.
The spring-time holds her white and purple dear;
