I could wait forever, and I'd still never get you,

I'd still be the one who sets your soul on fire...
I'd still be the one you have to TRY not to hate...
Some days I dream of a world where you and I are the only ones there.
A world where you love me.
A world where we never fight.
A world that knows not of hate.
A world that we are always safe in.
A world where nothing could ever go wrong.
A world that does not exist.
A world that will never be real.
A world that I'd rather be in.
A world where you would not.
I'm beginning to think you like to tell me that you're not single.
I'm beginning to lose faith in you.
I'm beginning to lose hope for you.
I'm beginning to lose trust in you.
I'm beginning to not understand you.
I think I'm beginning to not love you...

But we know we really aren't.

A world that does not exist.
