My grandchild thinks that I'm a loon
That cheese is found upon the moon
That seagulls have no place to be
Not on the land or out at sea
...

We are waiting for our second grandchild to appear
If feels like we've waited for over a year
But when she arrives, we'll be filled with such bliss
We've known for some time that the baby's a 'Miss'
...

And so another life begins, and changes are in store
This time it seems that it's the last, she doesn't want no more
But welcoming this new born treasure, isn't all that tough
As grandparents we're on cloud nine, we could'nt have enough
...

He snuggles in, and makes my day,
My Grandson takes my heart away,
Whenever I go to help him play,
He takes a piece of my heart away
