It seems a storm could brew up rather soon;
Tall waves hit rocks and dash upon the shore;
There could be rain and fierce winds all the more.

When problems catch your neck and throat,
Appearing tough to deal,
Remind to sail in patience's boat;
God's wisdom rain can heal!

When I have spent a night so dark,
With heart afilled with anguish, fear,
And when the dawn sings like a lark,
I think of Christ, Lord, Savior dear!
