Which is hard from where I'm at.
Sometimes it gets so hard to tell
What's real and what's an act.

But I always think of how things could be

And lock the words up
Inside my heart and head

I can't believe I'm saying this,
But I'm just saying what's in my head.
And through it all, I still don't know

At only 17,
We know of love and loss
And we know how much all of it costs.
We are left with so much responsibility

but is it really true?
