Baffa Hussaini Gantsa Poems

***A THING CALLED DEPRESSION***
I feel drowned in deepest pit of hell
My heart throbs with stories to tell
But who will listen to me as I yell
...

TIME TRAVELS WITH ME

Sitting still on the shore of life
As cascades of thoughts floods my mind
...

THE UNDYING LOVE
I wandered in deserts and vales
To pillow your head with my chest
Even when the sun scorched my skull
...

A Thing Called Depression

***A THING CALLED DEPRESSION***
I feel drowned in deepest pit of hell
My heart throbs with stories to tell
But who will listen to me as I yell
For demons rung in my ears a bell.

I'm made to believe there's gain in a pain
Never did I know my efforts will be in vain
For every step I took towards my home
Leads me to what they want me to become.

Oh life! Why do you flown me on broken wings
Why is my vision blurry to beautiful things
Alas! I'm written in the sacred book of failure
For I have sipped poison in place of love so pure.

Oh brethens! Like tide of sea people come and go
So shall I, cry for me not, this you should know!
Let me live the life I failed to live when I die
For the Sea of hope in me had long run dry.
