Searching for the reason why I am here

Love is very mysterious
It makes us all curious
As to how we feel it
And why we feel it

I look across the room
Into the mirror
And I see nothing.
Just the wall behind me

She was right there beside me
I did nothing
I was so close
Yet

Every morning I wake up
I see this light outside my window
It energizes me
And makes me happy
...

Flyin' down Interstate 95
Lookin' for airport signs
Your eyes on my mind
Oh honey, you're all mine

I need a new life
In a new place
With a new face
To call my own.
