Knowing it's ways as it does of you,

The magnificent seven, sins, seas..
As many days in a week.
The colours of the rainbow,
come with seven like you and me.

I hide and seek.
For what I am not, is in front of me.
Like fear behind pride, starvation behind gluttony.
Hiding in plain sight, being better than you'll ever be.

Venus shines bright in the night sky.
Green light reflects on the high tides.
Waning, waxing or even full.
Covered up like the dark side of the moon.

Someone I used to know,
made tears fall made of snow.
Turns summer into winter, silver into gold.
...

I am more of what is less important, for I was made out of you.
Not that I don't matter...
I'm starting to look less foreign, feeling black and blue.
Weightless like a feather.

Trapped in a cage
watching it fade, like day into night.
Taken away,
willing to stay and burn by the light.

Wherever the wine spoils
the fruit ripes, for its grown in soil.
Taking part in the cycle.
