Little White Lies. Poem by Bryan kelly

Little White Lies.

Rating: 5.0

I hide and seek.
For what I am not, is in front of me.
Like fear behind pride, starvation behind gluttony.
Hiding in plain sight, being better than you'll ever be.

Truth in darkness, white in lies.
Grey in between holds a compromise.

I might hurt and make you feel.
When everything fades, I am real.
Not alone accompanied by time.
There's truth in darkness, white in lies.
